Eating makes me miserable. I am going to try an experiment, starting today, Friday, April 29. I am going to eat
only at the table. I am going to
NOT eat after 8:00 pm and I
AM going to stop eating as soon as my tummy says it is satisfied. I am going to
STOP eating
before I am full. I'm going to do it for two days. Just two days and see how I feel.
